Terms and cancellation

1. Purchase and registration

The purchase covers the registration and any optional products shown in the order summary for NA Sweden’s 40th Anniversary Convention 2027 at Solnahallen on 13–15 August 2027. The amount shown before payment is the amount charged for the order.

2. Payment and confirmation

Online payments are handled by Stripe. The registration is confirmed when the system has registered full payment, or when a valid discount makes the order total zero. A confirmation and personal order link are sent to the email address provided.

3. Personal ticket

The order link and QR ticket are personal and must not be shared. A refunded registration is no longer valid. If at least one paid registration remains after an approved partial refund, the QR ticket remains active for the remaining registration. The ticket is blocked when no valid registration remains or when a refund cannot be linked to a specific registration.

4. Cancellation by the participant

Tickets for an event taking place on specified dates normally do not carry a general 14-day right of withdrawal. If you cannot attend, send a cancellation request to registration@na40.se. A refund is not guaranteed until it has been approved in writing by the organizer. Non-attendance alone does not cancel the order.

5. Approved refunds

Approved refunds are normally returned through the original payment method. Processing time is determined partly by Stripe, the payment method and the customer’s bank. Any part of the order that is refunded is no longer valid.

6. Cancelled or materially changed event

If the convention is canceled, paid parts that cannot be delivered will be refunded. If the date or location is materially changed, registered participants will be informed and given information about repayment or the other available options.

7. Program and practical changes

The organizer may make reasonable changes to the program, timetable, premises or individual activities when needed. Such changes do not automatically mean that the entire registration is canceled.

8. Incorrect information and misuse

You are responsible for providing correct contact information. The organizer may block a ticket or cancel an order in cases of fraud, unauthorised sharing, chargeback or other misuse.

Questions about an order, cancellation or refund can be sent to registration@na40.se. Include the order number, but do not send card details.
